Medical Shift Bookings App
Staffshift, a medical app used by staff employed by A24 Group to book their next shift

CLIENT: A24 Group (Staffshift)
PROBLEM: Current medical staff employed needed on the go and more flexible and easier ways to be in control of their own schedules. They wanted to know what shifts would be available in their area on specific days, without having a consultant phone them asking them if they are available.
OBJECTIVE: I designed a new feature on their app. This feature allows candidates to express interest in possible available shifts in their area. We did not want to lose staff members as this could possibly replace jobs, so instead of the candidates booking from the app, they have to phone in to have consultants book them for the shifts they are interested in. This design focusses on brand experience optimization and understanding the technical capabilities and limitations of the developers.
TEAM: I was UX lead on this project working alongside my Project Manager and a team of Developers
TIMELINE: 1 month for journey mapping, UI creation, user testing and amending, final layout & prototyping
MEDIA: Staffshift has two different designs depending on device being used by the user. This design follows Material design guidelines to work properly on all Android devices - their iOS platform would follow iOS design guidelines.
