A24 Group needed a platform for the consultants to communicate with Medical Candidates if they need assistance.

Currently consultants are phoning the candidates to offer help, but this is not the most effective way of communication and time management.

‍As a solution I designed a chatbot for Saffshift alongside the consultant inbox screens where they would manage all of the new incoming messages from the chatbot.

I designed a chatterbox function for consultants to easily and effectively communicate with system Admin members while helping candidates at the same time. Consultants no longer have to put candidates on hold just to find solutions to their problems.
